ShortcutGames Anniversary Giveaway

1. Organizer and prize

ShortcutGames proposes to give away one PlayStation 5. The exact model, condition, retail value, organizer's legal identity and contact address must be specified in final official rules.

2. Planned draw

The proposed drawing date is January 1, 2027 (New Year's Day). The exact closing time, drawing time and timezone must be published before entries open.

3. Free entry and eligibility

No purchase is necessary. Eligibility will be limited to the countries and age groups expressly listed in the final rules. Minors may participate only if permitted by applicable law and with required parent or guardian involvement. The organizer must establish a legally compliant free entry route and equal-opportunity rules before launch.

4. Referrals and points

Participants may share their personal referral link. Link visits alone do not earn points. A new eligible participant who verifies their email and passes anti-abuse review may qualify as an approved referral. The proposed reward is 10 points per approved referral. Self-referrals, automated registrations, multiple accounts, fake identities and manipulated referrals are disallowed. Points increase the chance in a weighted random drawing, not a guaranteed win. The final rules must state the complete odds/weighting formula, any caps, and the base entry method.

5. Shipping outside the USA

For winners outside the United States, international shipping is NOT included in the prize and is proposed to be paid by the winner. Any customs duties, import taxes and other delivery charges may also apply, as specified in final rules. This condition must be reviewed for local consumer and promotion laws, clearly disclosed before entry, and should never require payment before winner verification through official channels. If a jurisdiction does not permit this condition, it must be excluded or the organizer must cover the cost.

6. Verification and privacy

The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries, subject to identity and eligibility verification. The organizer must publish a privacy notice describing collected email addresses, IP-related anti-abuse data, retention periods, and deletion requests. No personal data should be publicly displayed without consent.

7. Changes and launch

The organizer must publish complete official rules before accepting entries. These draft terms do not create a right to a prize or guarantee that the promotion will launch. The game prototype does not currently award giveaway points.
